AEQUITAS Partner Yekaterina Khamidullina Participated in IT Law Forum V

AEQUITAS’ Partner, Head of Dispute Resolution, AIFC law and TMT practices Yekaterina Khamidullina participated in IT Law Forum V, held in Almaty on 16 June. The forum brought together leading representatives of the legal community, the business sector, government authorities and the IT industry to discuss the most pressing issues surrounding the legal regulation of the digital economy.

The forum focused on the regulation of artificial intelligence, Digital Code, personal data protection, cybersecurity, LegalTech and the digital transformation of business. The event was particularly valuable for the open dialogue it fostered among experts from different sectors, encouraging the exchange of practical approaches to improving legislation and advancing Kazakhstan's digital legal framework.
