Yekaterina Khamidullina participated in the Kazakh-British Business Forum on Mining

On 6 July 2023, AEQUITAS Senior Associate and UK Representative, Yekaterina Khamidullina took part in the Kazakh-British Business Forum on Mining conducted by the Embassy of Kazakhstan in the UK. 

It was attended by the representatives of Kazakhstan and UK state authorities, foreign companies doing business in Kazakhstan and other professionals. According to the provided statistics, about 550 British companies operate in Kazakhstan.

The representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan discussed issues related to the automatization of processes in subsoil use, obtaining exploration and production licenses, providing geological information, introduction of the Unified platform minerals.gov.kz with a one-window principle for investors and subsoil users, legislation and program documents in this area.
