Outcomes of the Webinar: EDS and UEAAS: resolving practical issues

On March 11, 2021, AEQUITAS Senior Associate, Larissa Yemelyanova, spoke at the webinar organized by AEQUITAS Law Firm. This webinar focused on the use of digital signatures, as well as practical issues related to work with the Unified Employment Agreements Accounting System.

During the webinar, Larissa shared her experience and answered the questions of our clients posed during the registration and those ones, which are the most relevant in the practice. In  light of digitalization in many areas of public life, including, but not limited to, HR, the electronic document management procedures become more actual, though some of the peculiarities relating to work with UEAAS and EDS systems have not been resolved yet. Our company works with these issues on the day-to-day basis and tries to help our clients to deal with the flow of legal sufficiently complex regulations in this area and find solutions acceptable to each company.
