Ius Laboris presents new report on AI regulation in HR decision-making

Ius Laboris has released a new global report, “Managing the machine: How we regulate AI as it handles HR decisions,” exploring the rapidly evolving role of artificial intelligence in employment and HR processes.

The report provides a global overview of how AI is increasingly being used in workplace and recruitment decisions, as well as how legislators and regulators across different jurisdictions are responding to these developments. It examines emerging trends, key legal challenges and the direction of future regulation, helping employers understand how to responsibly integrate AI technologies into HR management.

By bringing together insights from Ius Laboris member firms worldwide, the report serves as a valuable resource for employers, HR professionals and legal practitioners navigating the complex and rapidly developing landscape of AI in the workplace.
