AEQUITAS team supported Holten Enterprise Ltd in a transaction involving acquisition of Burger King in Kazakhstan

We are proud to announce that March 2025 marked the closing of a landmark transaction involving acquisition of Burger King, one of the largest fast-food chain restaurants in Kazakhstan. When working on the project, AEQUITAS team together with the colleagues from Denuo advised the acquiring company, Holten Enterprise Ltd, on all stages of the transaction, including active participation in negotiations with the sellers, drafting of transaction documents and support at the final and most important stage of the transaction.

The working group was composed of the Head of Registrations Tair Kulteleev, Senior Associate Kirill Greshnikov and Associate Dias Zakirov. The working group was headed by AEQUITAS Partner and Head of M&A Yelena Manayenko.
