AEQUITAS Team Attended Sino-International Legal Forum 2026 in Shenzhen

We are pleased to share that AEQUITAS Managing Partner Yelena Manayenko and Senior Associate Almagul Agadil participated in SILF 2026 (Sino-International Legal Forum) organized by the Sino International Professional Advisory Council (SIPAC) and held in Shenzhen, China.

SILF is a prominent international platform that brings together leading legal professionals, in-house counsel, and industry experts from around the world to discuss current trends in cross-border legal practice with a particular focus on China-related outbound and inbound investments. The forum serves as a hub for strengthening professional connections, sharing insights, and enhancing collaboration between Chinese and international law firms.

This year forum placed special emphasis on improving cross-firm cooperation in handling complex cross-border matters, as well as increasing the efficiency and success rate of joint projects involving Chinese clients. The discussions covered a wide range of topics, including M&A transactions, infrastructure and energy projects, dispute resolution, and regulatory developments.

Participation in SILF provides valuable opportunities to exchange practical experience, gain a better understanding of the Chinese legal market, and establish direct contacts with key stakeholders, which is of particular importance for supporting clients engaged in international business.

Participation of AEQUITAS in the forum reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to developing its international network and strengthening its expertise in cross-border legal matters involving China.

"I would like to sincerely thank the organizers for such a well-curated and engaging event. SILF 2026 offered valuable discussions and excellent networking opportunities, and it was a pleasure to be part of community united by a shared commitment to advancing cross-border legal cooperation." – Ms. Manayenko shares her impressions.
