Ius Laboris: A GUIDE TO THE NEW WORLD

We are pleased to announce that Ius Laboris has released the first chapter of an entirely new report — a Guide to the New World — covering key DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) issues.

In this latest edition of the Guide, the editorial team presents a cross-regional overview of DEI legislation in 27 jurisdictions, including Kazakhstan. The Kazakhstan chapter was prepared with the expert contribution of Yuliya Chumachenko, AEQUITAS Partner and Head of Business Law.

The primary objective of the guide is to support employers in identifying which DEI obligations are mandatory, recommended, common practice, potentially unlawful, or not applicable.
