Mr. Alikhan specializes in corporate and contract law, dispute resolution, and M&A.

Mr. Alikhan has experience in resolving disputes in state courts and the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) court, related to the revocation of mining licenses, unilateral termination of mining contracts, challenging accident investigation reports, disputing labor inspection reports, and claiming damages and penalties under various commercial agreements.

In the areas of corporate and contract law and M&A, he has provided consulting services on business registration, operation, and liquidation in Kazakhstan, as well as the development and review of various agreements for compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including legal due diligence of target companies across various sectors of the economy.
